I developed a Scholarship Candidate Dashboard, to help our chapter track scholarship candidates and create lasting relationships with those young women. This led to a renewed enthusiasm for fundraising, so we can continue to support and encourage women on their educational journey. We also created candidate interview questions, candidate review criteria and a candidate application for our chapter use.
